Manage Subscriptions
View your organization's subscriptions, upcoming payments, and billing information.
The Subscriptions & Billing page gives you a quick overview of what your organization is subscribed to and what's coming up. You can check subscription status, upcoming payments, and plan details without leaving Caident.
Where to find it
In the sidebar, under Account, select Subscriptions & Billing.
This page is available to organization owners with a subscription.
View your subscriptions
At the top of the page, you'll see your next upcoming payment and the number of active subscriptions.
Your subscriptions are listed below. Each one shows its current status, next payment date, amount, and the products included.
Select a subscription to see more details, including its billing cycle, start date, pricing and discounts, and end date when applicable.
Manage billing and payments
Payment changes and other billing actions are handled through the Caident billing portal.
Use Payment Method to update the payment method on file, or Billing Portal to view invoices, receipts, and your full billing history.
For changes to a specific subscription, expand it and select Manage Subscription. From there, you can manage its payment method, view its history, or cancel the subscription.
The billing portal opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically. If it doesn't open, check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups for Caident.
