Joining an Organization?

If someone invited you to join their team or organization, use the invitation link from your email instead of signing up on your own. Signing up from an invitation link automatically connects your new account to their organization.

Sign up

1. Open the Caident sign-up page (https://app.caident.co/signup).
2. Enter your First name and Last name.
3. Enter your Email address.
4. Enter a password in the Password field, then enter it again in Confirm password.
   • Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters.
5. Select Sign up.

After you sign up, you'll see a confirmation message:

Account successfully created. Please check your inbox to verify your account to continue.

Verify your email

1. Open the verification email sent to the address you signed up with.
2. Select the verification link in the email.
3. When your email is confirmed, select Sign in to go to the sign-in page.

If the link is missing, invalid, or has expired, the verification page lets you enter your email address and select Resend verification email to get a new link.
