Sign In
How to sign in to your Caident account, and what to do if you can't.
Sign in
- Open the Caident sign-in page.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- Optionally, select Remember me to have your email address filled in automatically the next time you sign in.
- Select Sign in.
If you don't have an account yet, select Create an account on the sign-in page. See Create an Account.
If your email isn't verified yet
If you try to sign in before verifying your email, Caident shows this message:
Please verify your email before signing in. Check your inbox for the verification email, or resend it.
Enter your email address and select Resend verification email to receive a new verification link, then open the link from your inbox to verify your account.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
- Enter your Email address and select Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and open the link in it.
- On the reset password page, enter a new password in New password and again in Confirm new password.
- Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters.
- Select Reset password.
- Once your password is reset, select Sign in to sign in with your new password.
If your reset link is missing or has expired, select Request a new reset password link to go back to the Forgot your password? page and request a new one.
