Overview
What the Licenses page shows and where to find it.
The Licenses page lists the desktop product licenses linked to your account.
CaidentCalc Licenses is a legacy login method, kept for existing license keys. To give new team members access to CaidentCalc, invite them and assign access from Team & Access instead. See Product Access.
Where to find it
In the sidebar, under Account, select CaidentCalc Licenses.
What's on the page
Each license shows:
- Product: the software product and version.
- License key
- License Status: Valid (usable), Expired (subscription has ended), or Payment Issue (valid, but there's a problem with the subscription).
- Expires: when the subscription expires.
- Device Usage: Active if the license is currently in use on a device, or Inactive if it isn't.
If your account has no licenses, the page shows No licenses found for your account.
If you're looking to free up a seat for a tool like Caident Design, that's managed on the Devices page instead. This page covers products that still use the license-key system.
For CaidentCalc, active licenses also count toward your organization's CaidentCalc seats. That can make a CaidentCalc seat look taken on the Team & Access page even when no one is listed with CaidentCalc access in Product Access. The seat is being used by a license key, which doesn't show the exact user email of who is running the app. See Product Access for more.
